Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel, please give us 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full session fee. If you’re unable to make it due to illness or an emergency, we’ll do our best to reschedule within the same week to avoid cancellation fees.

Please make all payments via e-transfer to office@limacounselling.com either right before or after your session. If payment is not received after your appointment, future appointments may be canceled, and any unpaid balance will be charged to your credit card.
